이 연구는 골프선수들의 스트레스와 탈진의 관계에서 정서조절의 매개효과를 규명하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 2019년 KPGA와 KLPGA에 선수로 등록된 골프선수를 대상으로 유목적 표본추출법 을 사용하여 320명에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료로 타당도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 분석과 부스트랩 분석을 거쳐 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 스트레스는 정서조절에 정적 영향을 보이나 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스트레스는 탈진에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서조절은 탈진에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정서조절이 스트레스와 탈진의 관계에서 유의하지 않으나 부분매개 역할을 하는 변인임을 확인하였다.

This study was conducted to investigate the mediating effect of emotion regulation on the relationship between stress and burnout of professional golfers. To achieve the objective of this study using a sample extraction nomadic targets professional golfers registered in the KPGA and KLPGA in 2019, was the collected data on 320 professional golfers. The collected data were analyzed through factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis, and boost trap analysis. first, stress had a positive effect on emotion regulation but was not significant. second, stress had a significant positive effect on burnout. third, emotion regulation had a significant negative effect on burnout. finally, it was confirmed that emotion regulation was not significant in the relationship between stress and burnout, but it was a variable that plays a role in mediation.
