본 연구는 라스트 마일 딜리버리 서비스 요인이 고객 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 라스트 마일 딜리버리 서비 스를 사용하는 소비자들이 어떠한 변인에 만족을 하고 그 상관관계를 분석하는 것이 연구의 목표라 할 수 있다. 라스트 마일 딜리버리 서비스에 대한 품질 향상을 높이고자 서비스에 관한 이론을 재 정의하고, 라스트 마일 딜리버 리 서비스와 고객 만족의 관계에 대해 가설을 수립하고 연구하며, SPSS 25.0을 사용해 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 주요 변인인 배송 프로세스, 반품 프로세스, 배송/반품비, 배송 기사 서비스는 고객 만족에 유의한(+) 영향을 미치는 것이 확인이 되었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 배송 서비스를 이용하는 고객 만족을 충족시킴으로써 B2C 마켓에 있는 라스트 마일 딜리버리 서비스 기업의 매출을 증진 시키고 경쟁 우위를 가져오는데 도움이 될 것이라고 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of last mile delivery service factors on customer satisfaction and to analyze the relationship among consumers who are satisfied with last mile delivery service. To improve the quality of last mile delivery services, we redefine theories about services, hypotheses and studies the relationship between last mile delivery services and customer satisfaction, and conducted statistical analysis using SPSS 25.0. The research shows that the major variables such as delivery process, return process, delivery/return cost, and delivery service have a significant(+) effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study will help to increase the sales and the competitive advantage of the last mile delivery service company in the B2C market by satisfying the customer satisfaction using the delivery service.
