본 논문은 중국 중부지역 유수 아동의 심리상태에 따른 심폐지구력의 상관성을 알아보기 위해 심리설문과 심폐지구 력 테스트를 진행하였다. 무작위 군집표본추출법을 이용해 801명의 7~17세 유수아동을 대상으로 설문(심리 상태 설문지) 조사와 20-mSRT를 진행하였다. 단일요인 분석은 X2 검사 분석을 실시하였으며, 다요인 분석은 이분형 로지스틱분석을 실시하였다. 남자의 경우 부정심리상태 응답율은 25.3%(100/296), 여자는 33.3%(135/270)로 통계학적으로 의미 있는 차이가 있었다(X2=6.31，P＜0.05). 또한 연령대별 부정심리상태 응답율 차이도 통계학적 의미가 있게 나타났다 (X2=62.71， P＜0.005). 심리상태 설문의 각 문항에 대한 부정심리상태 응답률과 20-mSRT 불합격율의 상관관계를 분석한 결과“학우나 친구들과 노는 것을 매우 꺼린다”, “자신감 부족”, “사람이 있는 곳을 가려고 하지 않는다”등 세문항과 관련하여 통계학적 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 세 항목20-mSRT 성적에 통계학적 의미 있는 차이가 있었다(X2는 각각 4.24,3.88, 4.12, P값은 평균＜0.05). 이분형로지스틱 분석결과 세 항목 중 “학우나 친구들과 노는 것을 매우 꺼린다”, “자신감부족”항목에 “예”응답자의 20-mSRT 불합격율이 “아니오” 응답자보다 각각 1.47배, 1.26배 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of adverse psychological state on the cardiopulmonary endurance level among left-behind in central China. According to the random sampling method, 801 left-behind children aged 7-17 years old in Y County of Jiangxi Province were selected in November 2018 for questionnaire survey (Psychological state questionnaire among adolescents) and 20-mSRT. And then, single factor analysis was performed by X2 test analysis, while multiple factor analysis was performed by binary logistic regression analysis. The incidence of adverse psychological state was 25.3%(100/296) for boys and 33.3%(135/270) for girls, and the difference was statistically significant (X2 =6.31, P<0.05), there was statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse psychological state among different ages (X2=62.71, P<0.005). This study found that the difference in 20-mSRT results among the three items of "unwilling to play with classmates or friends", "insufficient self-confidence" and "unwilling to go where there are people" was statistically significant (X2 were 4.24, 3.88 and 4.12 respectively, all values P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that those left-behind children who chose "yes" in "unwilling to play with classmates or friends", "insufficient self-confidence" had a 20-mSRT results unqualified rate of 1.47, 1.26 times that of "no". Left-behind children with adverse psychological state have worse cardiopulmonary endurance.
