본 논문에서는 해외 직접구매와 관련한 소비자 불만족, 불평행동을 통하여 우리나라 해외직구 유통물류의 실태를 분석하고 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 정부의 대응 방법과 현황을 알아보고 유통물류의 개선 방향과 정부차 원에서 제도적 개선 방안을 제시 하였다. 유통물류산업의 개선방안으로써는 효율적 운영시스템의 구축, IT시스템의 강화, 국내 물류업체와 해외 물류업체와 상생 방안을 구축하는 것을 제시하였다. 또한 제도적 개선 방안으로써는 해외직구 관련 유통물류업체의 책임강화, 신용카드 차지백 서비스 활성화, 해외 소비자 기관과 공조 확대, 피해 예방 정보제공 안전한 해외직구 환경을 조성 제시하였다.

This paper aims to analyze the current situation of the distribution of domestic fast-flowing goods through consumer dissatisfaction and complaints related to foreign direct purchase and to suggest ways to improve it. In addition, it examined the government's countermeasures and current status and suggested ways to improve distribution and institutional improvement at the government level. In order to improve the distribution and logistics industry, it was suggested to build an efficient operation system, strengthen the IT system, and establish a win-win plan with domestic and overseas logistics companies. In addition, as a systematic improvement plan, we suggested strengthening the responsibilities of overseas logistics related logistics companies, activating credit card chargeback services, expanding cooperation with overseas consumer organizations, and providing information on damage prevention will be needed to establish safe overseas direct purchase environment.
