본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 간호근무환경 인식과 진로장벽, 진로정체감을 확인하고, 졸업학년 간호대학생 의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 2019년 6월 3일부터 6월 28일까지 S시에 소재한 C대학의 4학년 212명을 대상으로 하였다. 대상자의 진로정체감은 2.65±.46점, 간호근무환경 인식정도는 3.23±.57점, 진로장벽은 2.28±.77점이었다. 진로정체감은 간호근무환경(r=-.654, p<.001)과 음의 상관관계, 진로장 벽(r=.319, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호근무환경은 진로장벽(r=-.216, p<.001)과 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 진로장벽(β=-.527, p=.000), 간호근무환경 인식(β=.131, p=.014), 실습만족도 (β=-.154, p=.009)로 나타났으며, 이 변수는 진로정체감에 50.1%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 졸업학년 간호대학생들 의 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 간호근무환경 인식과 실습 만족도를 높이기 위한 학교차원의 노력, 임상실습의 실습환 경 개선, 병원의 지원과 간호관리자의 관심과 지지를 통한 진로장벽을 낮추는 노력이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between nursing work environment perception, career barriers and career identity of graduating grade nursing college students and factors affecting career identity. The data collection was conducted from June 3 to June 28, 2019 with 212 students in grade 4 of C University in S city. Career identity, 2.65±0.46, 3.23±.57, and 2.28±.77, respectively. Career identity was positively correlated with nursing working environment(r=-.654, p<.001) and career barrier(r=.319, p<.001). The nursing work environment was negatively correlated with career barriers(r=-.216, p<.001). The variables that affect the sense of course are the career barrier(β =-.527, p=.000), recognition of nursing work environment(β=.131, p=.014), practice satisfaction(β=-.154, p=.009), and this variable showed an explanatory power of 50.1% on career identity. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts at the school to enhance awareness of nursing work environment and satisfaction in practice, improve clinical practice, and lower the career barrier through support and support from hospital and nursing managers.
