이 연구의 목적은 중･고등학교 축구선수의 팀몰입이 진로불안에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 데 있다. 이 연구의 연구대상자는 경기도에 소재한 중･고등학교 축구선수 총 220명의 선수를 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료의 처리는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 통해 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. 팀몰입(감정적몰입, 지속적몰입, 규 범적몰입)은 진로불안의 하위요인인 불안상태, 유발상황, 유발원인에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체 적으로 살펴보면, 감정적몰입은 불안상태에 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤으며, 지속적몰입과 규범적몰입은 통계적으로 유의하 지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 감정적몰입은 유발상황에 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤으며, 지속적몰입과 규범적몰입은 통계적으 로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 감정적몰입은 유발원인에 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤으며, 지속적몰입은 유발원인에 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤으며, 규범적몰입은 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 중･고등학교 축구선수의 진로불안을 해소할 수 있는 학생선수의 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how team immersion affects career anxiety in middle and high school soccer players. The subjects of this study collected data of 220 middle and high school soccer players in Gyeonggi-do using the convenient sampling method. The collected data were processed using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results obtained through the above process are as follows. Team commitment (emotional commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment) was found to partially affect anxiety, triggering conditions, and causative factors, which are sub-factors of career insecurity. Specifically, emotional commitment had a negative effect on anxiety, persistent commitment and normative commitment were not statistically significant, and emotional commitment had a negative effect on the triggering situation. Continuous commitment and normative commitment were statistically insignificant. Emotional commitment had a negative effect on the cause, and continuous commitment had a positive effect on the cause. The normative commitment was not statistically significant. This study will provide the basic data of student athletes who can resolve the career anxiety of middle and high school football players.
