본 연구는 남자 일반부 K-1 1000m 결승 경기의 랩타임을 분석하여 경기력 향상을 위한 구간별 페이스 조절 전략을 모색하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 99회 전국체전 결승 경기의 랩타임을 250m 단위 구간으로 측정하였으며, 이 기록을 2018년도에 개최된 World Championship 남자 일반부 결승 경기의 랩타임 자료와 비교·분석하였다. 국내 최상위 선수들의 최종 기록 평균은 248.651초, 국제무대 최상위 선수들은 210.826초로 38초가량 경기력 차이가 난다. 랩타임별로는 250m 구간마다 8초, 11초, 6초, 13초 뒤처지는 기록을 나타냈다. World Championship 참가 선수들 은 Fast-Maintain-Maintain-Spurt 전략을 쓰는 반면, 국내 선수들은 Fast-Slow-Fast-Slow의 페이스 조절 전략을 주로 쓰고 있었다. 국내 선수들은 경기력 향상을 위해, ‘빠른 스타트에 이은 중반 페이스 유지, 마지막 스퍼트’로의 전반 적인 페이스 조절 전략 수정이 필요하다.

This study was conducted to analyze the lap time of the K-1 1000m final race of men's general division and to develop strategies to adjust the pace for the intervals to improve the performance. We measured the lap time of the final race of the 99th National Sports Festival by 250m intervals and compared them with the data of the World Championship finals held in 2018. The final average record of domestic top-ranked players was 248.651 seconds, and the top international's 210.826 seconds. There was a time gap of 38 seconds in the record. In lap-time, it was 8, 11, 6, and 13 seconds behind every 250m. World Championship players used the Fast-Maintain-Maintain-Spurt strategy while domestic players used the pacing strategy of Fast-Slow-Fast-Slow. In order to improve the performance of domestic players, it is necessary to adjust overall pace control strategies to maintain the pace after the quick start and to spurt at the last lap.
