본 연구는 한국학술지인용색인에서 제공되는 2004년에서 2017년까지의 연구자 인용정보인 논 문수, 총 피인용 횟수, 자기 인용 횟수, h-지수 등을 활용하여 초등 실과 심화 소속 교수의 연구 성과를 분석하기 위한 목적이었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등 실과 심화 소속 교수가 2004년에서 2017년까지 게재한 논문은 14년 동안 28.78 편으로, 한해 평균 약 2편 정도의 논문을 게재한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등 실과 심화 소속 교 수가 게재한 논문에 대한 2004년에서 2017년까지의 총 피인용 횟수는 평균 172.54회로 전체 교 대 교수의 총 피인용 횟수의 평균인 96.52회 보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 초등 실과 심화 소속 교 수가 게재한 본인의 논문을 2004년에서 2017년까지의 자기 피인용 횟수는 평균 17.93회로 전체 교대 교수의 총 피인용 횟수의 평균인 8.74회 보다 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 초등 실과 심화 교수가 2004년에서 2017년까지 한국연구재단등재(후보) 학술지에 게재한 논문에 대한 h-지수 평균이 6.17로 전체 교육대학교 교수의 논문의 h-지수 평균 4.18보다 높게 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to research performance of professors of elementary practical arts using citation information. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, researcher utilized the number of papers, total number of citations, number of self-citations, and h-index, which are the citation information provided by the KCI First, number of papers published by professor of elementary practical education from 2004 to 2017 was 28.78 over 14 years, with an average of about two a year. Second, total number of citations averaged 172.54, higher than the average of 96.52 for the total number of citations for the entire professors in University of Education from 2004 to 2017. Third, number of self-citations averaged 17.93, higher than the average of 8.74 for the number of self-citations for the entire professors in University of Education from 2004 to 2017. Forth, h-index average for papers published in the Korea Research Foundation's academic journal from 2004 to 2017, higher than the h-Index average of 4.18 for the entire professors in University of Education.
