본 연구는 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 분석기법을 이용하여 스포츠센터 회원들이 지각하는 서비스품질에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 비교･평가함으로써 전략적 우선순위를 결정하고 수립하는데 목적이 있다. 수집 된 자료는 SPSS WIN Version 23.0 Program을 이용한 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 요인분석, 서비스품질에 대 한 IPA기법을 활용하여 스포츠센터 서비스품질에 대한 이용 전의 중요도와 만족도를 평가하였다. 본 연구의 결과 Ⅰ사 분면에는 주차시설, 프로그램 강습료 등의 속성들이 포함되었다. Ⅱ사분면에는 실내외 청결도, 다양한 운동시설, 트레 이너 전문지식, 트레이너 친절성, 트레이너 책임감, 트레이너 지도방법, 트레이너 경력 등이 포함되었다. Ⅲ사분면에는 지역사회역할, 샤워실 비품비지, 휴식공간, 조명시설, 프로그램 수준별 이벤트 등이 포함되었다. Ⅳ사분면에는 프로그 램 다양성, 프로그램 강습시간, 락커룸 시설 등의 속성들이 포함되었다.

The purpose of this study is to determine and establish strategic priorities by comparing and evaluating the importance and satisfaction of service quality perceived by members of the sports center using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis technique. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, and IPA technique using SPSS WIN Version 23.0 program, and the importance and satisfaction of sports center service quality before use were evaluated. As a result of this study, Ⅰ quadrant included properties such as parking facilities and program fees. Ⅱ quadrant included indoor and outdoor cleanliness, various exercise facilities, trainer expertise, trainer kindness, trainer accountability, trainer guidance method, and trainer career. Ⅲ quadrant included community roles, shower room amenities, resting space, lighting facilities, and program level events.
