본 연구는 학대를 경험한 아동에게 인간중심 미술치료를 실시하여 아동의 공격성 감소에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상 아동은 다문화가정의 자녀로 방임과 학대의 양육환경에서 자랐으며, 학교에 서 친구와 자주 싸우고, 어머니를 칼로 위협하는 공격행동을 보여 의뢰된 초등 4학년 남자아동이다. 인간중심 미술치료는 2016년 7월 16일부터 2016년 12월 3일까지 주1회 50분간 총 16회기를 진행하였다. 인간중심미술치 료는 공감과 수용적 치료환경을 제공하고 아동이 매회기 주제와 매체를 직접 선택하여 자유롭게 표현할 수 있도록 진행되었다. 그 결과, 첫째, 한국판 아동행동평가척도(K-CBCL)중 공격성척도에서의 긍정적 변화가 있었다. 둘째, 미술치료 회기와 가정에서의 언어 및 행동관찰에서 공격성이 감소하여 인간중심미술치료가 아동의 공격성 감소에 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Person-centered art therapy on abused child`s decrease in aggression. The child of this paper is from a multi-cultural family who grew up in an environment of neglect and abuse and the child is an elementary 4th grade male commissioned to the center. He showed offensive behavior to his mother with a knife and often fought with friends at school. Person-centered art therapy had been progressed from July 16, 2016 to December 3, 2016, total of 16 sessions, and an each lasted for 50 minutes. Person-centered art therapy provided sympathetic and receptive therapeutic environment. Children were able to freely express each topic and select materials. First, there was a positive change in K-CBCL. Second, it was found that aggression decreased in the sessions and observations at home, suggesting that person-centered art therapy has a positive effect on reducing child's aggression.
