This article is about how Article twenty of the Constitution of Mongolia has become a great importance of this time. It plays a critical role determining if our country has Parliamentary democracy. The article defines that the State Great Khural (parliament of Mongolia) is being the highest organ of state power.

본 논문은 몽골 헌법 제20조의 오늘날의 중요성에 대하여 언급한 것이다. 본 조항 은 몽골국의 의회 민주주의 근거조항으로 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 몽골 국 회를 국가의 최고 통치 기관으로 정의하는 조항이다.
