중국어: 基层法院是观察中国司法制度运行的窗口, 通过对三个基层法院的调研, 可以大致勾勒出中国内部智慧法院和外部智慧法院建设的轮廓, 进而剖析出中国智慧法院建设存在信息壁垒、规范与理论障碍、分散重复建设、理念阻碍与经费保障不足的问题。因而, 从信息、规范、观念、平台、经费五个维度进行改造升级才能使智慧法院更好地服务于司法活动的各个参与者。

영어: People can have a deep understanding of the construction of smart court in China by observing the grass-roots court. Therefore, we select three representative grass-roots courts as research samples in this article. According to our investigation, we find the construction of smart court has many problems, such as information barrier, imperfect legal norms, repeated construction, concept obstacle and insufficient financial support. In order to solve these issues, we should take measures in five aspects. Only by doing so c an t he smart court b etter s erve a ll p articipants i n the j udicial a ctivities.
