This paper proposes a development of platform and a scheme of efficient operation. The characteristics of platform are openness, connectedness, multi-side, extendable, public oriented. The services of platform are feasibility analysis and consulting on the solar plant investment, information and knowledge services on the renewable energy, transaction matching between supplier and customer, etc. The platform will contribute to the decision on the investment of solar power plant. Anyone can access the U’Sol website as soon as he/she can get useful information and contents about solar plant and renewable energy buseinss.
