요즘 단체급식업체의 증가로 인한 무한 경쟁 속에서 살아남기 위해 단체급식종사자들은 직무 특성이 직무스트레스 및 이직의도에 관한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 단체급식종사자들 중 조리종사자들을 대상으로 직무특성과, 직무스트레스, 이직의도와의 인과관계를 검정하여 단체급식경영자들에게 인사관리에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 부산·경남지역 단체급식종사자 414명을 대상으로 SPSS 23.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고 추출된 요인들로 직무특성이 직무스트레스에, 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 단순(다중)회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 직무특성의 하위요인 중 과업중요성을 제외한 모든 요인이 통계적으로 유의하게 분석되었다. 그리고 직무스트레스는 이적의도에 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타내었다. 따라서 기업경영주는 종사원들의 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 회사 내 동호회 활동의 지원, 복지시설을 확충하는 등의 방안을 개발·적용시킬 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

In order to survive in the infinite competition due to the increase of group food service companies, it is necessary to study about the job stress and turnover intention by the job characteristics of group food workers. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data necessary for personnel management to group foodservice managers by examining the causal relationship between job characteristics, job stress and turnover intention of cook workers among group meal workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job characteristics on job stress and job stress on turnover intention by using SPSS 23.0 statistical package program for 414 foodservice workers in Busan and Kyung - (Multiple regression analysis). As a result of the analysis, all factors except job importance were statistically analyzed. And job stress showed a positive (+) influence on transfer intention. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply measures such as support for club activities in the company and welfare facilities that can reduce the stress of the employees.
