본 연구는 빅데이터 분석을 활용하여 체류형 울산관광 활성화 방안에 대하여 제언하고자 수행되었다. “울산관광” 관련 키워드에서 추출된 주요 단어를 중심으로 체류형 울산관광 활성화 방안에 대하여 음식 관광, 역사문화관광, 체험관광, 레저스포츠관광, 해양관광, 생태관광, 산업관광 등을 제언하였다. 특히, 장기 체류형 관광(long-stay tourism)과 단기 체류형 관광(short-stay tourism)자원개발과 마케팅 시사점을 제시하여 울산관광을 대표적인 생태관광 브랜드로 자리매김하고 환경적인 변화에 반응하고 진화하는 전략을 구축하는데 보탬이 되고자 하였다. 활성화 방안의 제언으로 첫째, 4차 산업혁명시대에 울산관광에 대한 SNS 빅 데이터를 활용하여 키워드를 분석하여 울산관광의 실시간 트렌드를 파악하여 콘텐츠를 개발한다. 둘째, 과거 산업도시에서 변모한 생태도시의 위상 변화에 대한 패러다임을 살펴보고 생태관광의 콘텐츠를 연구한다. 셋째, 국내 각 지자체의 사례를 벤치마킹하여 울산의 핵심역량을 극대화 할 수 있는 관광콘텐츠를 개발한다. 넷째, 산업화 도시의 이미지를 탈피하여 살고 싶은 도시, 찾아오는 도시, 먹고 싶은 도시로 탈바꿈하여 울산에서도 제주도와 마찬가지로 장기체류할 수 있는 여건을 조성하며, 새로운 관광 콘텐츠로 실무적 방안에 대한 마케팅 시사점을 제공하였다. 본 연구결과는 울산 관광이 단기 체류형 생태관광의 성지로 거듭 날 수 있도록 장기적이고 지속적인 관광정책의 수립에 본 연구의 제언이 중요한 의미가 될 것이다.

This study suggests how to activate the stay of Ulsan tourism using Big Data Analysis. Focusing on the search terms extracted from the keywords of Big Data, the city of Ulsan, which is the medium of contents of food tourism, historical and cultural tourism, experience tourism, leisure sports tourism, marine tourism, ecotourism, In the 4th Industrial Revolution, Ulsan developed the contents of long-stay tourism and short-stay tourism content development and marketing by eliminating the one-off events that can save features and quantitative growth targets. we will analyze real-time trends of Ulsan tourism by analyzing keywords using SNS Big data about Ulsan tourism that evolves into 4th industrial revolution. we will develop tourism contents that can maximize the core competence of Ulsan by benchmarking cases of local governments in Korea. As a result of this research, it will be important to establish a long-term tourism policy so that Ulsan tourism can become a sanctuary for ecotourism of short-term stay.
