본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰을 활용해 은퇴선수와 관련된 문헌을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. Core search를 이용 해 ‘은퇴’ AND ‘선수’를 키워드로 선정한 후 한국교육학술정보원(RISS), 한국학술정보(KISS), 국회전자도서관에서 관련 문헌을 검색하였다. 문헌 선택과 배제과정을 거쳐 최종 56편의 문헌이 선정되었으며, 학회지 유형, 연구 유형, 발 행 연도, 대상자 성별 및 인원수, 분석 방법, 연구 제목, 미래 제언을 기준으로 자료를 추출하였다. 연구결과는 구체적으 로 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기본 특성에서 등재지는 43편(76.7%), 질적 연구는 31편(55.3%), 2010년부터 2014년까지 발 행된 연구가 24편(42.8%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 대상자 특성에서는 남성 3,422명(58.8%), 대상자를 1명에 서 9명 사이로 표집한 연구가 19편(38.7%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 분석방법에서는 통계적 분석 중 빈도분석 8편(18.8%), 비통계적 분석 중 귀납적 내용분석이 10편(28.5%)으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 제목에서는 은퇴 후 적응과 관련된 제목이 27편(48.2%)으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 마지막으로 미래 제언에서는 연구 대상자 확대와 관련된 제언이 22개(25.2%)로 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 은퇴선수에 대한 전반적인 이해를 높이는데 기여할 것이다.

The purpose of the study is analyze previous researches which are about retired athlete using systematic review. We chose ‘Retirement’ AND ‘Athlete’ as keywords, and then searched literature from RISS, KISS, and the National Assembly Library. We got total 56 studies from selection and exclusion process, and analyzed data according to the classification; (a) type of journal (b) type of research (c) year of issue (d) the gender of participant (e) the number of participant (f) methods of analysis (g) the title and (i) suggestions. The results are as in th following. First, basic characteristics indicated accredited journal 43 volumes(76.7%), qualitative research 31 volumes(55.3%), 24 volumes(42.8%) published from 2010 to 2014. Second, participant's characteristic told male 3,422 persons(58.8%), 19 volumes(38.7%) sampled from 1 to 9. Third, method analysis represented frequency analysis 8 volumes(18.8%) among statistical method, and inductive content analysis 10 volumes(28.5%) among non-statistical that. Fourth, the title of research indicated adjustment on retirement 12 volumes(21.4%). Finally, suggestions showed expansion samples 23 units(26.4%). The results will have a beneficial influence on understanding studies related retired athlete.
