이 연구는 학부모가 지각하는 태권도장 지도자 이미지, 관계품질, 장기관계지향성 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하여 태권도장의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위하여 2018년 11 월~12월 두 달간 서울경기지역에 소재한 태권도장을 이용하고 있는 미취학 아동의 학부모 250명을 대상으로 설문조사 를 실시하였으며 이 중 232부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도장지도자이미지는 관계품질에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 장지도자이미지는 장기관계지향성에 전문성을 제외한 요인에서 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계품질 은 장기관계지향성에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 태권도장은 지도자의 이미지 향상을 도모하고 수련 생과 학부모와의 관계품질을 향상시키기 위해 노력해야한다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 이러한 노력은 태권도장의 운영 을 보다 효울적이고 장기적으로 이끌 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this research was to strengthen the competitiveness of the teakwondo studio by investigating the structural connection between the the Parents` recognized image of the teakwondo studio's leader, the quality of the relationship and aiming at a long-term relationship. For this, we conducted a survey during November ~ December, 2018 with 250 pre-school children's parents who are using teakwondo studios located in Seoul and Geoynggi-do province, and we used 232 from this research for final analysis. We used SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 to analyze the data and the result follows. First, the image of the teakwondo studio's leader works positively for the quality of the relationship. Second, the image of the teakwondo studio's leader works positvely when aiming at a long-term relationship, except the factors concerning expertise. Third, the quality of the relationship works positively when aiming at a long-term relationship. So, we came to the conclusion that the teakwondo studio should work hard to improve the image of the leader and should try to improve the quality of the relationship between trainees and school parents. These efforts will make the operation of the teakwondo studio more effective in the long term.
