최근 급변하는 기술의 발전으로 국제기술제휴 관심이 증대되고 있다. 성공적인 국제기술제휴 를 위해서는 파트너 선정이 무엇보다 중요하다. 선진국 기업과의 전략적 기술제휴 파트너 선정 에 대한 연구는 활발히 이루어지고 있지만 신흥국을 대상으로 한 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통해 신흥국 기업과 기술제휴 성과를 높일 수 있는 파트너 선정 평 가모형을 개발하였고, 전문가 설문과 AHP기법을 통해 각 평가항목들의 중요도를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 신흥국 기업 파트너 선정을 위한 4가지 평가관점 즉, 리스크 관점, 혁신 관점, 문화 관점, 경영구조 관점을 제안하였고, 하부 항목인 8개의 평가기준과 16개의 평가지표를 도출하였 다. 각 평가관점들의 중요도 관련해서는 혁신 관점(0.402), 리스크 관점(0.283), 경영구조 관점 (0.208), 문화 관점(0.106) 순으로 높은 비중을 가진다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 개발모형에 실제 국내 기업 사례를 적용하여 신흥국(중국, 인도, 브라질) 4개 제휴 후보 기업 중 최적의 파트너 선정을 위한 평가를 실시하였다. 그리고 IPA기법을 통해 파트너 선정 4가지 평가관점에서 후보 기업들의 개선이 필요한 사항들을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 신흥국 기업과 기술제휴 및 협력을 계 획하고 있는 국내 기업과 연구기관에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

Partner selection is key to successful international technology alliances. Research on the selection of strategic technology alliance partners with companies of advanced countries is actively being conducted, but research on emerging countries is yet to be at a primitive stage. In this study, we have developed the partner selection criteria for enhancing the technology partnership performance with the emerging countries and analyzed the importance of each item through the expert questionnaire and the AHP method. The results of this study are as follows: First, the risk perspective, the innovation perspective, the cultural perspective, and the management structure perspective were identified as important perspectives in selecting technology alliance partners for emerging countries companies. And we also developed 8 evaluation criteria and 16 evaluation indicators. The importance of each item is confirmed that the innovation perspective has a higher weight than the risk perspective, the management structure and the cultural perspective. Second, we conducted a case study regarding the partner selection model to evaluate the best partner for technology appliance among four candidate companies in the emerging countries and proposed the necessary improvements for the candidate companies using the IPA method.
