본 연구의 목적은 임상실습 스트레스와 직업정체감의 융합 관계를 조사하고자 전남지역 3개 대학 치위생과 3학년 171명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 직업정체감은 임상실 습 교육환경(r=-0.352, p<0.01), 임상실습 업무부담(r=-0.185, p<0.05), 환자와의 갈등(r=-0.181, p<0.05)과 유의한 음의 상관 관계를 보였다. 치위생과 학생들의 직업정체감에 영향을 미치는 융합요인은 임상실습 교육환경(β=-0.261), 적성 고려(β =0.238), 타인의 권유(β=-0.186), 임상실습 불만족(β=-0.176) 순으로 나타났다. 설명력은 23.7%로 나타났다. 따라서 치위생과 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스와 직업정체감의 관계를 파악하여 원활한 인력공급을 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하리라 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the convergence relationship between the clinical practice stress and professional identity of 171 dental hygiene students from 3 university in Jeollanam-do area. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Professional identity was negatively correlated with clinical practice training environment(r=-0.352, p<0.01), clinical practice work burden(r=-0.185, p<0.05) and conflicts with patients(r=-0.181, p<0.05). The convergence factors influencing professional identity were clinical practice training environment(β=-0.261), aptitude(β=0.238), advice from others(β=-0.186) and clinical practice unsatisfied(β=-0.176). The regression model explained 23.7% of professional identity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program for the smooth labor supply by understanding the relationship between clinical practice stress and professional identity in dental hygiene students.
