본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 임상의사결정능력 및 환자안전 지식, 태도가 임상실습 시 환자안 전수행능력에 미치는 영향을 조사하고 이들 변수간의 관련성을 파악하여 환자안전수행능력의 향상을 위한 중재 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 마련하기 위함이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA 등을 실시하 였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 환자안전 수행능력은 비판적 사고성향(r=.278, p=.001)과 양적 상관관계,. 임상의사결정능력(r=.202, p=.014)과 양적 상관관계, 환자안전 태도(r=.421, p<.001)와 양적 상관관계가 있었다. 환자안전 수행능력에 미치는 영향요인 은 성별(β=.175, p=.031), 환자안전 교육(β=-2.266, p=.025), 비판적 사고성향(β=3.354, p=.001), 환자안전 태도(β=.368, p<.001)로서 설명력은 31.5%의 영향력을 보였다(R2=.561, F=4.56 p<.001). 간호대학생의 임상실습 교육에 필요한 환자안전 수행능력을 증진하기 위해서 비판적 사고성향, 임상의사결정능력, 환자안전교육에 대한 교과 과정의 수립이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of critical thinking, clinical decision making ability, patient safety knowledge and attitude ability to perform patient safety activities during clinical practice on nursing student 's. Data were analyzed using t-tests and one-way ANOVA using the SPSS 21.0 program. As a result, the subjects' safety nursing activities was positively correlated critical thinking disposition(r=.278, p=.001), clinical decision making ability(r=.202, p=.014), patient safety attitude(r=.421, p<.001).The significant predictors of perform safety nursing activities were gender(β=.175, p=.031), patient safety education(β=-2.266, p=.025), critical thinking disposition(β=3.354, p=.001), patient safety attitude(β=.368, p<.001). These factors explained 31.5% of the variance(R2=.561, F=4.56 p<.001). It is necessary to establish a curriculum for critical thinking disposition, clinical decision making ability, and patient safety education in order to improve patient safety performance necessary for clinical practice education of nursing college students.
