무용역사는 고정되고 획일화된 안무스타일을 벗어나는 과정들을 거치며 변화되어 왔다고 볼 수 있다. 무용에서 기존의 틀에서 느끼는 움직임의 한계, 난관을 만났을 때에 변화를 시도하고 새로운 형태로 무용을 발전시키고 틀에서 벗어나기 위해 변화해가는 이 모든 과정들을 무용의 성장과정이라 볼 수 있다. 호페쉬 섹터(Hofesh Shechter)라는 안 무가는 정치적인 성향이 작품에 잘 나타나고 무용의 새로운 형태를 이끌어 내는 것에 능숙하다. 이 논문에서는 호페쉬 섹터에 대해 알아보고 그의 안무 구조가 확실히 나타나는 작품｢폴리티컬 마더｣에서 이루어진 다양한 변화들을 찾아보 았다. 작품의 내재적 관점에서 세 가지 요소인 이분화 된 패턴을 강조하는 무대구조, 카오스와 컨버젼스의 안배, 카타르 시스를 이끌어내는 변혁과 혁신으로 나누고 호페쉬 섹터의 작품 속에서 새로운 요소들이 포함되어 어떻게 발현되고 해 석 되었는지 분석하였다.

The history of dance can be traced back to the process of deviating from a fixed and uniform choreography. The limitations of movement in the traditional framework of dance, and the process of changing to try change when faced with difficulties, to develop dance into new forms, and to deviate from the framework, are all the processes of dance growth. The choreographer, Hofesh Shecheter, is good at showing his political tendencies and drawing new forms of dance. In this paper, we studied the Hofesh Shechter and looked for various changes made in his work, 줡olitical Mother?where his dance structure clearly appears. From the inherent point of view of the work, we analyzed how new elements were introduced and interpreted in the works of the Hofesh Shechter, dividing them into stages emphasizing the bifurcated patterns, the choreographing of Chaos and Convergence, and the transformation and innovation that led catharsis
