이 연구는 체육교육 참여 사관생도가 지각한 교수자의 통제된 코칭행동과 스트레스 및 학교생활적응의 관계를 구명하는 데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2018년 해군사관학교의 재학생을 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 총 297 명의 표본을 추출하였다. 이중 총 241명의 자료를 통계프로그램인 SPSS v21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 통제된 코칭행동은 스트레스에 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 보상활용통제는 심리적과 생활만족의 스트레스에 정(+)적 영향을, 부정조건관계는 심리적, 사회적, 신체적, 생활만족의 스트레스에, 언어적 위협은 사회적, 신체적의 스트레스에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 통제된 코칭행동은 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 보상활용통제 는 학업적 적응에, 부정조건관계는 학업적, 정서적, 학교애착의 학교생활적응에, 언어적 위협은 사회적 적응에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스트레스는 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 신체적 스트레스는 학업적, 사회적, 정서적 적응과 학교애착의 학교생활적응에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among instructor’s controlling coaching behavior, stress and school life adjustment felt by korea naval academy cadets in Physical Education. For this purpose, 297 of Korea naval academy cadets are selected by the convenience sampling method and data on 241 of 297 are applied to empirical testing because of missing data. With SPSS v21 programs, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and standard multiple regression analysis are conducted. First, controlled use of reward is proved to have a positive influence on psychological and life satisfaction of stress. Negative conditional relation shows a negative effect on psychological, social, physically and life satisfaction of stress. Intimidation negatively influences on social, physically of stress. Second, controlled use of reward is found to have a negative effect on academic adjustment of school life adjustment. The effects of negative conditional relation on academic adjustment, emotional adjustment and attachment to school of school life adjustment are found to be negative. The effect of intimidation on social adjustment of school life adjustment is also negative. Third, Physically stress is proved to have a negative influence on academic adjustment, social adjustment, emotional adjustment and attachment to school of school life adjustment.
