본 연구는 육상 전공실기를 담당하는 교수의 수업전문성과 육상수업에 대한 선택속성 및 중요도-만족도 분석 을 통해 학생들이 육상과목을 이해하고 실증적인 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따른 연구방법은 분석된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용해 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도 간의 차이를 검증하기 위해 대 응표본 t검정을 실시하였으며, IPA를 적용하여 대학교 육상수업에 대한 선택속성에서 중요하게 생각하는 속성과 만족 도를 평가하였다. 이러한 절차를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 제일 중요한 Ⅱ사분면에는 수업내용의 흥미성, 시설트 랙 유무, 지도자의 용모단정, 수업시간의 적절성, 지도자의 지도력, 수업내용의 다양성 등의 6개의 속성이 포함되었다. 이들 6개의 속성은 중요도에 비해 만족도가 낮은 것으로, 대학생들이 중요하게 인식하고 있지만 상대적으로 낮은 만족 도를 보이고 있는 것이다. 이러한 항목들은 지금의 시점에서 제일 최우선적으로 개선하고 노력이 요구되는 속성으로 나타났다.

This The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance-satisfaction of choice attributes related to the regular track-and-field subject in universities, find out ways to improve the class for undergraduates participating in the regular track-and-field subject, and also provide empirical foundational materials to enhance interest in the class. First, frequency analysis was done on the data analyzed by using SPSS 23.0. Second, to verify difference between the importance and satisfaction of choice attributes, the paired sample t-test was performed. Third, IPA was also applied to evaluate attributes most importantly regarded among choice attributes related to the university regular track-and-field subject and satisfaction. In this process, results were gained as follows. Quadrant Ⅱ which is the most important includes six attributes: the interest of class contents, track facilities, appearance of instructors, appropriateness of class hours, instructors’ teaching skills, and the diversity of class contents. These six attributes indicate low satisfaction compared to importance, and undergraduates regard them to be important but are satisfied with them relatively low. These items are found to be attributes requiring efforts for betterment preferentially at this current situation.
