The actual satisfaction of participants in the nationwide telemedicine pilot project for the introduction of telemedicine is drawing attention. The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction level of participants in the pilot project of telemedicine and present realistic development directions and implications. This study propose a conceptual framework for the satisfaction of telemedicine participants as a qualitative approach. The analysis showed that the patient was satisfied with telemedicine, but the medical practitioner and the middle manager pointed out equipment, communication and medical administration system issues. The research results suggest the development of telemedicine for the future.
