본 연구의 목적은 노후화 된 건물에 적절한 수선 주기를 설정함으로써 자원 낭비를 방지하며 공동주택의 기능 을 향상시키고 수명을 연장하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 실제 공동주택을 기준으로 한 장기수선 계획과 수선주기 사이 에 비교 분석된 유사성과 문제를 통해 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 구체적으로는, 모든 건물에 적용된 현재 수선주기 기준에 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 이러한 문제들의 효과적인 수선주기 분석을 확립할 수 있는 자료를 도출하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to extend the life and enhance the function of the Apartment House and prevent the waste of resources by establishing a proper repair cycle about based on deteriorated building. The study will seek to derive improvement by compared, analyzed problems and similarity between the repair cycle and the long-term repair plan based on the actual Apartment House. As a result of research and analysis, replacing problems in the current repair cycle criterion applied every building was derived materials that can establish an efficient repair cycle analysis of these problems.
