본 논문은 대학생의 성행동과 성경험 실태를 파악하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 2017년 4월부터 5월 까지 KSDC DB 온라인 설문조사를 통하여 총 375명의 자료를 수집하였다. 남학생은 154명, 여학생은 221명이었다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대상자의 나이는 남학생은 22.8세, 여학생은 21.45세이었다. 둘째, 성관계를 처음으로 시작하는 나이는 남학 생은 18.39세, 여학생은 19.81세이었다. 둘째, 남학생의 80%이상이 음란물접촉경험, 이성교제, 키스, 포옹, 자위 경험이 있었으며, 여학생의 70%이상이 음란물 접촉경험, 이성교제, 키스, 포옹 경험이 있었다. 셋째, 남녀 모두 구강성교, 항문 성교, 동성애 경험이 있었다. 넷째, 남학생의 85%, 여학생의 71.6%에서 피임방법으로 콘돔을 가장 많이 사용하고 있다. 다섯째, 남녀 대학생의 모두 임신 할 경우 모두 인공임신중절을 선택하며, 수술 후 합병증을 경험한 것이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 통해 대상자의 성행동의 다양성을 고려한 교육과 상담을 적용해야 할 것이며, 성병과 임신중절에 대한 예방과 적극적 치료에 대한 다양한 접근이 필요하다고 판단된다.

This paper is a narrative research study attempted to understand the sexual behavior and sexual experience of college students. A total of 375 data were collected from KSDC DB online survey from April to May 2017. Results: First, the age of the subjects was 22.8 years for male students and 21.45 years for female students. Second, more than 80% of male students had experience of pornography contact, Friendship with opposite sex, kissing, embracing, masturbation, and more than 70% of female students had experiences of pornography contact, Friendship with opposite sex, kissing, and hugging. Third, both men and women had oral sex, anal sex, and homosexual experience. Fourth, 85% of male students and 71.6% of female students are using condoms most as a contraceptive method. Fifth, both male and female college students selected artificial abortion for pregnancy and experienced postoperative complications. These results suggest that education and counseling should be applied considering the diversity of sexual behaviors of the subjects, and various approaches to prevention and active treatment of sexually transmitted diseases and abortion should be considered.
