본 논문은 기존에 사용되어지는 엘리베이터 일체형 풀리의 단점을 보완하면서 풀리의 유지보수 비용을 절감하 기 위해서 풀리 제작 방법을 개선하기 위한 연구이다. 일체형 풀리는 구상흑연주철을 통으로 가공 제작하여 사용하고 있다. 구상흑연주철과 주철의 서로 다른 소재를 사용하여 조립하는 방법으로 엘리베이터 풀리를 제작할 수 있도록 연 구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 풀리의 수명에 영향을 주는 림 부분만 구상흑연주철로 교체할 수 있는 방법을 고안 하였으며, 이 방법으로 풀리를 제작하면 실용적이면서 재료비용 절감에 탁월한 효과를 얻을 수 있는 경제적인 측면에 서도 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 금속류에 관한 이종 소재를 이용하여 엘리베이터 풀리를 제작 하는 방법에 대해 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해서 실제 제조비용에서 약 1/3 가량 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This paper is a study to improve the manufacturing method of pulley to reduce the maintenance cost of the pulley while compensating the disadvantages of the existing elevator integral type pulley. The integral pulley is machined using spheroidal graphite cast iron. A study was made to fabricate elevator pulleys by using different materials of spheroidal graphite cast iron and cast iron. In this study, we have devised a method to replace only the rim part which affects the lifetime of the pulley with spheroidal graphite cast iron. By making this method, it is practical and economically advantageous to obtain excellent effect in material cost reduction. In this study, a method of manufacturing elevator pulleys using different materials for metals was studied. This can reduce the manufacturing cost by about 1/3.
