본 연구에서 설정한 배경변인은 마리나 활성화에 따른 CPTED시스템 적용이 범죄예방에 미치는 영향을 규명하 는데 그 목적이 있다. 독립변인은 마리나 활성화의 변화에 따른 CPTED의 연구로써 질문 문항으로 참여 직군과 비참여 직군으로 구분 하였으며 설문지의 응답결과 자료를 회수한 후 응답내용이 부실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 자료 는 분석대상에서 제외시키고, 유효 표본만을 코딩(Coding)의 지침에 따라 부호화하여, 컴퓨터에 개별 입력시킨 후, Windows용 SPSS/PC+18.0 Version을 활용하여 자료 분석의 목적에 따라전산 처리 하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 분석하 기 위해 이용된 통계적인 방법을 구체적으로 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별․혼인유무․연령 특성에 따른 마리나 시설 활성화 변화에 따른 CPTED시스템 적용의 영향에 관한 필요성을 알아보기 위한 방법으로 Chi-Square(χ2)를 사용하 였다. 둘째, CPTED와 마리나 산업의 영향에 대한 종속변인을 검증하기 위한 방법으로 변량분석법(one-way ANOVA)을 사용하였다.

The purpose of the background variable established in this study is to find out the effects of applying CPTED system according to the activation of Marina on the prevention of crime. The independent variable, which is a study of CPTED according to the change of the activation of Marina, was divided into participant occupational group and non-participant occupational group. After the answers were collected, those that were not sufficient or reliable were excluded from the analysis, but only valid samples were encoded by the coding guideline, imput in the computer individually and computerized according to the purpose of data analysis with the use of SPSS/PC+18.0 Version for Windows. The specific statistical methods used for the analysis of the data are as follows. First, Chi-Square(χ2) was used to find out the necessity of the effects of applying CPTED system according to the change of the activation of Marina caused by such characteristics as gender, marital status and age. Second, analysis of variance(one-way ANOVA) was used to verify the dependent variables on the effects of CPTED and marina industry.
