이 연구는 윈드서핑 참여자의 참여동기와 여가만족 및 여가몰입의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 수도권에서 참여하고 있는 윈드서핑 참여자 188명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문에 대한 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 윈드서핑 참여자의 참여동기와 여가만족 및 여가몰입의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 신체적동기는 심리적만족, 환경적 만족, 사회적만족, 신체적만족, 인지몰입과 행위몰입에 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 정서적동기는 심리적만족과 인지몰입 에서 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 기술적동기는 휴식적만족에서 정적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 사회적동기는 환경적만족 과 사회적만족에서 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 자아동기는 휴식적만족, 환경적만족, 신체적만족에서 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 수동적동기는 휴식적만족에서 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 윈드서핑 참여자의 참여동기 중 정서적동기는 심리적만족에 정적 영향력을 미쳤으며, 기술적동기와 자아동기는 휴식적만족에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다. 신체적동기, 사회 적동기, 자아동기는 환경적만족에 정적 영향력을 미쳤으며, 신체적동기와 사회적동기는 사회적만족에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다. 신체적동기와 자아동기는 신체적만족에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다. 셋째, 윈드서핑 참여자의 참여동기 중 정서적동기 와 기술적동기는 인지몰입에 정적 영향력을 미쳤으며, 신체적동기는 행위몰입에 정적 영향력을 미쳤다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between participation motive of windsurfing participants and leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment, and the survey was conducted on 188 windsurfing participants in the metropolitan area. Data were analyzed by frequency, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 statistical program, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, in the analysis of correlation between participation motive of windsurfing participants and leisure satisfaction and leisure commitment, physical motivation had positive correlation with psychological satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, social satisfaction, physical satisfaction, cognitive commitment, and behavioral commitment. Emotional motivation had positive correlation with psychological satisfaction and cognitive commitment. Technical motivation had positive correlation with repose satisfaction, and social motivation had positive correlation with environmental satisfaction and social satisfaction. Self motivation had positive correlation with repose satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and physical satisfaction. Passive motivation had positive correlation with repose satisfaction. Second, emotional motivation among participants' participation motive of windsurfing had a positive influence on psychological satisfaction, and technical motivation and self motivation had a positive influence on repose satisfaction. Physical motivation, social motivation, and self motivation had a positive influence on environmental satisfaction, while physical motivation and social motivation had a positive influence on social satisfaction. Physical motivation and self motivation had a positive influence on physical satisfaction. Third, emotional motivation and technical motivation among participants' participation motive in windsurfing had a positive influence on cognitive commitment, and physical motivation has a positive influence on behavioral commitment.
