이 연구는 엘리트 축구선수의 은퇴 후 경력개발 프로그램 개발을 위한 전제조건 탐색을 목적으로 수행 되었다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2017년 8월부터 2017년 10월 현재 까지 엘리트 축구선수로 활동하는 선수를 대 상으로 심층면담 기법을 이용하여 은퇴 후 경력개발 프로그램 개발을 위한 전제조건 탐색 평가하기 위한 내용분석을 실 시하였다. 이상과 같은 절차를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 경력개발 프로그램 개발을 위한 전제조건 중 첫 번째는 자아 찾기, 자존감 및 자신감 찾기, 자신의 목표 설정을 포함하고 있는 자기이해 프로그램, 둘째, 재테크 교육, 적성 및 진로 탐색 교육, 구직기술 능력 함양 교육의 하부 요인을 포함하고 있는 실행 프로그램, 끝으로 고충해결 프로그램은 현 실에 대한 불만 요소 제거, 두려움 해소, 문제 해결 능력 함양이라는 하부 영역을 포함하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the preconditions for elite soccer player 's retirement career development program development. In order to accomplish this research purpose, we conducted a survey on the athletes who are active as elite soccer players from August 2017 to October 2017, Analysis. The conclusions obtained through the above procedure are as follows. The first of the preconditions for developing a career development program is self-understanding programs that include self-finding, self-esteem and self-confidence, self-understanding, and self-awareness. Second, investment education, aptitude and career search education, Finally, the grievance program includes factors such as eliminating complaints about reality, resolving fear, and developing problem solving abilities.
