정보화 시대 이후 4차 산업 혁명 시대가 도래함에 따라 스포츠는 산업 간 융합의 주요 콘텐츠로서 인식되고 있다. 이유는 손쉽게 사람들에게 접근하고, 열광시키며, 고객 유지가 용이하기 때문이다. 하지만 스포츠를 콘텐츠로 한 산업 융합 제품이 다른 제품 소비와 연계하여 소비자의 소비 행동에 미치는 영향 관련 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이 다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 목적은 골프 시뮬레이터 이용자를 중심으로 골프 관련 시설에 대한 소비 형태를 분석하는 것이다. 연구결과를 도출하기 위하여 골프 시뮬레이터 경험을 가지고 있는 사람을 대상으로 이를 포함한 다른 형태 의 골프 관련 시설의 사용 유형 형태에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 골프 시뮬레이터와 함께 다른 형태의 골프 관련 시설을 이용하는 8가지 유형이 도출되었다. 또한 연령 및 소득과 같은 인구통계학적 특성과 함께 핸디캡 및 필드골프 시설 이용 여부와 같은 개별 골프 관련 특성과 이용 유형 간의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 골프 시뮬 레이터는 대표적인 스포츠산업융합 상품이라 할 수 있으며 이를 통해 스포츠 접근할 수 있는 집입장벽을 낮출 수 있고 이와 함께 기존의 스포츠상품과의 연계를 통해 상승효과를 가져올 수 있다.

According to the 4th Industrial Revolution coming after information-oriented age, sport can be recognized one of main contents for the industrial convergence based on accessibility, attraction, retaining toward customer. However, there are limitations of studies, because of the lack of studying focused customer behavior aspect connected with convergence products. With these backgrounds, the purpose of this study is to analyze golf simulator consumer behaviors focusing how to utilize other golf related facilities with golf simulators. This study is applied a survey method for collecting data related to facility utilizing behavior type. For results, there are 8 consuming types based on using golf simulator elementally. Moreover, consumers show different consuming behaviors by demographical factors, golf related factors like handicap, and field golf experience. The Golf - golf simulator is one of major sport industrial convergence products. It can help to make the lower barrier to entry sport experience and generate synergy with existing sport products
