본 연구는 태권도학과 입시생들이 겪고 있는 스트레스 요인을 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 진행하였다. 본 연구를 진행하기 위해 태권도학과 입시생 20명과 태권도학과 재학생 50명을 대상으로 개방형설문을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였 고, 수집된 자료는 귀납적 내용분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 인터뷰가이드라인을 제작하였다. 이후, 인터뷰가이 드라인을 참고하여 태권도학과 입시생 6명과 태권도학과 재학생 3명을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시하였다. 개방형설문의 귀납적 내용분석 결과, 총 205사례의 원자료를 수집하였으며, 연구자의 질문 의도에 부합하지 않는 13사례를 제외한 192사례를 최종 원자료로 채택하였다. 이와 같은 방법으로 수집된 원자료를 연구목적과 연관성이 있는 개념들을 분류하 고 재결합하여 내용의 유사성에 따라 영역을 범주화한 결과, 18항의 세부영역과 4항의 일반영역으로 구분되었다. 일반영 역의 빈도수는 환경적 요인(45.31%), 심리적 요인(28.13%), 기술적 요인(14.58%), 체력적 요인(11.98%) 등의 순으 로 나타났으며, 세부영역 전체의 빈도수는 입시정보 부족(32.18%), 대학진학 실패에 대한 불안감(51.85%), 준비기간 부족(22.99%), 기술향상 정체(71.43%), 높은 운동 강도(73.91%) 등의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 태권도학과가 입시 생들의 스트레스에 대한 기초자료로 기여하길 기대하며, 향후 태권도학과 입시 관련된 연구들이 활발히 이루어질 수 있기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the causes of stress that college prep students for taekwondo-major have experienced. To achieve the purpose, the data was collected by open-ended questionnaires through 20 students who prepared for entering the department of taekwondo and 50 students who have already attended the department of taekwondo. The result of the inductive analysis, total raw data of 205 cases were collected. Finally, total 192 cases, however, were selected excepting 13 cases which were not consistent with the intention of researcher's questions. The frequency of general areas was listed as environmental factor(45.31%), psychological factor(28.13%), technical factor(14.58%) and physical strength(11,98%) in the order. In the detailed area, the list in the order was below; lack of information of college prep(32.18%), anxiety about failure in college(51.85%), lack of preparation(22.99%), stagnation of skill improvement(71.43%), high training intensity(73.91%) and so on. This study is expected to contribute as a base material for the stress of college prep students, and it hopes that future studies related to college prep for taekwondo-major will be actively conducted.
