본 연구는 피트니스 센터 이용자가 인식한 시설 이용 만족 및 불만족 요인을 탐색하는 연구이다. 이를 위하여 피트니스 센터 시설 이용자 287명을 대상으로 개방형 설문과 총 6명의 전문가 집단을 통한 심층면담을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 인구통계학적 특성과 시설이용 만족 및 불만족 요인을 탐색하는 개방형 설문지를 실시하였고, 피트니스 센터 시설 이용자 3명, 관계자 3명을 선정하여 시설이용 만족 및 불만족 요인에 관한 질적 자료를 수집하는 심층면 담을 진행하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 피트니스 센터 시설의 이용 만족 요인은 시설만족, 프로그램만족, 지도자 만족으로 총 3개 영역과 8개의 세부영역이 나타났다. 둘째, 피트니스 센터 시설의 이용 불만족 요인은 장비 불만족, 서비스 불만족, 편의시설 불만족으로 총3개 영역과 8개의 세부영역이 나타났다.

This study is a search for facilities satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors recognized by fitness center users. To that end, an open survey was conducted on 287 fitness center users and all interviewed in depth by a group of six experts. In particular, an open questionnaire was conducted to explore demographic characteristics, facility satisfaction, and dissatisfaction factors. The following questionnaire, the fitness center selects three users, and the three related people who are satisfied with the facility's use by selecting the results of in-depth interviews and complaints. First, the satisfaction factors for the use of fitness center facilities appeared in three areas and eight detailed areas, including facility satisfaction, program satisfaction, and leadership satisfaction. Second, the causes of dissatisfaction with the use of the fitness center facilities were the unsatisfactory equipment, the unsatisfactory service, and the unsatisfactory facilities of a fitness center, showing up to three areas and eight detailed areas.
