이 연구는 무도교육 참여 해군사관생도가 지각한 교수자의 전문성과 자기관리 및 인성의 관계를 분석하는데 목 적이 있었다. 이러한 목적을 위해 해군사관학교의 교육과정 가운데 무도(검도, 국궁, 복싱, 유도, 태권도)수업에 참여하 였던 사관생도를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하여 총 317명의 표본을 추출하였다. 최종 분석에는 총 262명의 자 료를 이용하였으며, 연구목적에 따라 통계프로그램인 SPSS 21 및 Amos 21을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 과정을 통해 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 첫째, 무도교육 참여 해군사관생도가 지각한 교수자의 전문성은 자기관리에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무 도교육 참여 해군사관생도가 지각한 교수자의 전문성은 인성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무도교육 참여 해군사관생도의 자기관리는 인성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to identify relationship among instructors professionalism, self-management and personality of Korea naval academy cadets in martial arts education. In order to achieve this purpose, 317 Korea naval academy cadets were selected by the convenience sampling method. The 262 collected data were used by SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 programs. This study was conducted by frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was discovered that the instructors professionalism had static influence to the self-management. Second, it showed that instructors professionalism gave static influence to the personality. Third, it showed that the self-management to the personality.
