이 연구는 지역사회의 주민자치센터 복지시설 이용자를 대상으로 서비스 공정성이 생활만족도 및 기관신뢰에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하였다. 서울시 강동구에 위치하고 있는 5개 주민자치센터 복지시설 이용자들을 대상으 로 자료를 수집하였다. 배포된 총 500 부의 설문 중 회수된 자료는 471부이며 이 중 무의미한 응답을 제출한 36개의 자료를 제외한 435부의 자료가 최종분석에 활용되었다. SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구대상자 특성, 척도의 신 뢰도 및 타당도 검증 및 변수간의 관계 규명을 위해 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 요인분석, 상관분석과 단순 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 주민자치센터 복지시설의 서비스 공정성은 생활만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 분배적 공정성, 상호적공정성, 절차적 공정성 순으로 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 주민자치센터 복지시설로 인한 생활 만족도는 정부신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주민자치 센터 복지시설의 서비스공정성은 기관신뢰에 절차적 공정성, 상호적 공정성, 분배적공정성 순으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study wanted to verify that the service fairness of the welfare facilities of local autonomous center was affected by the satisfaction of the service and the reliability of the institution. Selected data were collected for the residents of the five local autonomous center in Kangdong area in Seoul. Using the SPSS 23.0 program, the analysis conducted frequency analysis, reliability and factor analysis, correlation analysis, and simple and multiple regression analyses to identify the characteristics of the subjects, reliability and validity of the research and effects on government trust. The study showed that the sports welfare facilities of the local autonomous center was statistically significant, and it had a significant impact on distributed fairness, mutual fairness, and procedural fairness. Second, the satisfaction rate of welfare facilities for the local autonomous center of the residents showed a significant impact on government trust. Third, the sports welfare facilities of the local autonomous center of the residents was statistically significant in order to maintain systematic fairness, mutual fairness and fairness in the systematic fairness of the public agency.
