본 연구는 해양스포츠 참여자를 대상으로 해양스포츠 교육 환경과 지도자 신뢰, 그리고 교육적 효과성간의 구조 적 관계를 분석하기 위하여 연구 모델을 설정하고 규명하는데 있다. 그 결과 첫째, 해양스포츠 교육환경은 지도자 신뢰 에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해양스포츠 교육 환경은 지도자 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지 막으로, 지도자 신뢰는 교육적 효과성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 해양스포츠 참여자들이 지각하는 교육 환경은 교육적 효과성을 나타냄으로 안전하고, 쾌적한 해양스포츠 교육 환경이 조성 되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 교육 환 경은 지도자와 참여자간의 신뢰를 형성하여 교육적 효과성에 영향을 주기 때문이다. 따라서 심폐소생술 등 안전교육을 포함한 다양한 교육적 방법을 접목시켜 안전한 해양스포츠 활동이 이루어져야 참여만족은 물론 교육적 효과성은 높게 나타날 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to establish and identify a research model for analyzing the structural relationship between marine sports education environment, leader trust, and educational effectiveness for marine sports participants. As a result, first, the marine sports education environment affected the trust of the leader. Second, the marine sports education environment influenced leader trust. Finally, leadership trust has an effect on educational effectiveness. Therefore, the educational environment perceived by marine sports participants is educational effect, so a safe and pleasant marine sports education environment should be created. This is because the educational environment influences educational effectiveness by forming trust between leaders and participants. Therefore, it can be concluded that safe marine sports activities should be carried out by combining diverse educational methods including CPR and safety education.
