Estimating the size of software development is a key factor in considering the cost of developing information systems.). In this study, we propose an estimation model to estimate the scale of efficient software development by deriving functional correlation. In order to verify the validity of the our derived estimation model, the accuracy of the measurement and prediction results was compared with the previous research models using the Mean Magmitude of Relative Error(MMRE) and Prediction at level(n).
