This study is for developing smart learning framework by utilizing public open date for workplace etiquette education. It is to change perception of workplace etiquette education in positive way. Also it is to suggest ways to facilitate efficient education. If the system in the study can provide public open data for workplace etiquette education, many young job applicants and workers will have proper perception of workplace etiquette and sound workplace etiquette culture will be settled as I expect.
