New technologies create more learning opportunities that challenges traditional school. Which enable people of all ages to pursue their learning. Korea is in the forefront in Asia in adopting new technology for learning. People strongly believe that education is essential for a better life in modern China, recently e-learning developed quickly, the ideas and concepts started to become more and more popular. The purpose of this study is to compare the differences between different cultures in critical success factors of e-Learning especially, judging by user perceived satisfaction in terms of quality through using AHP.
