본 연구는 실제 태권도 콜라보레이션 시범공연 사례를 중심으로 콜라보레이션 효과 및 그에 따른 가치평가와 발전 방안에 대해 연구를 진행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 태권도 시범공연의 새로운 지평을 확대시켰다. KTA 국가대표시범단은 기존 태권도 시범공연의 틀을 벗어나고자 새로운 형식을 추구하며 타 장르와의 콜라보레이션을 선택하여 태권도 시범공연의 장기적, 상업적, 국제적 공연의 기반확보에 밑거름이 되었다. 둘째, 한국문화 관광 상품으로의 발전을 도모하였다. 태권도와 무용, 비보이, 타악 4가지의 예술장르들을 현대화된 음향, 조명 등의 공연기술과 접목시켜 세 계인들이 충분히 흥미와 관심을 가질만한 스토리라인, 넌버벌 퍼포먼스 등을 보여주었다. 셋째, 국가의 정책적 차원에서 국 립 태권도 시범공연단의 창단이 필요하다.

This study was conducted based on the effects and following improvement plans of Taekwondo collaboration performance, and reached the conclusion as follows: First, the collaboration performance broadened the spectrum of Taekwondo performance. National Taekwondo Performance Team of Korea Taekwondo Association(KTA) pursued new forms of Taekwondo performance and collaboration of it and other genres of performances in order to make a step further from the previous realm of Taekwondo performance. Second, it promoted the advancement of Taekwondo performance into a Korean culture product. performance could draw remarkable attention of citizens of the world as a well plotted, and non-verbal performance consisting of four types of art-Taekwondo, dancing, b-boying, and percussionand modernized performance technologies such as sound and lighting effects. Third, it proves the necessity of foundation of national Taekwondo performance teams at a national level.
