본 연구의 목적은 RC 저층 필로티 건축물의 구조적 거동 특성 파악하는데 있다. 골조 구조, 필로티 구조, 개구부를 가지는 필로티 구조물을 반복가력실험, 비선형응답해석, 변수해석을 통해 내진성능을 평가하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결론은 1) 반복가력실험을 통해서, 세 실험체 모두 1층의 기둥 휨항복후 접합부 전단파괴가 생겼다. 2)비선형응답해석을 통해서, 실험결과와 해석결과를 비교하여 본 연구에서 적용한 해석모델의 신뢰성을 검증 하였다. 3)층강성비, 층강도비 변수해석을 통해 층강성비보다는 층강도비에 구조적 거동 특성이 영향을 많이 받는 것을 알아냈다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the structural behaviour characteristics of low-rised piloti type reinforced concrete building structure. The seismic performance of the frame specimens with a frame or a shear wall on the second story was evaluated by the static cyclic loading test. In addition, the non-linear analysis with various stiffness and strength ratios between lower and upper story was carried out to investigate the effects of them. The results of the study were showed as follows; 1) from the cyclic loading test, the longitudinal bars of the columns on the first story were yielded and then the beam-column joint was failed with shear behavior regardless of the piloti type. 2) from the non-linear response analysis, the analysis model was verified by comparing the analysis and test results, 3) from the analysis with variables, it was evaluated that the strength ratio between two stories more affected the seismic behaviour than the stiffness ratio.
