A New economic system is required to move from the old economics to a new economics in the 21st century. market maturity led to weakening a growth rate and excessive facilities and intensifing competition, So firms focus on the capacity of advertisement and functional parts to overcome weakening our competitive position in world markets. This method can increase a sale for a short period because it promote sale, however for a long period, It can make the stream of company`s funds worse because of excessive expenditure. In the unlimitedly competitive market, firm need a long-term strategy and internal resource use to improve firms` capacity. Breaking free from old economic concepts, when firms manage all the networks from upstream Network offering output factors directly or indirectly to other industrial systems to downstream Network offering products and after-sale service to be competitive in the markets, firms can be competitive in world markets. This is supply chain. This is a method to deal with various logistics problems, not through individual firms` reponses but joint responses among enterprise. The definition of supply chain means the information flux connected with the changing process from the stage of abstracting raw materials to customers. In this section, object and information flows in both up and down directions. Supply chain indicates that the pressure of reducing costs, increase a need for customers satisfaction, time reduction, increase of inventory are changed by the competition among industrial Network systems. moreover, outsourcing for not only reducing costs but also improving customers satisfaction and E-business using communication network such as the internet is one way for reducing costs in new economics system.
