This study examines how the financial instability affect the economy as it has been increased under the financial enlargement which is one of characteristics of the capitalistic economy since 1980 and rapid globalization. Especially, it forecasts and analyzes how this financial instability affect financial agencies and further enterprises and Korean economy based on the existing literatures. Also it analyzes the disadvantages of financial liberalization using a model and in conclusion it emphasizes the current financial instability has been influenced greatly by the financial liberalization.
