건설 산업의 기능공은 장시간동안 밀폐된 장소나 야외작업을 수행하여 유해물질에 노출되기 때문에 다양한 직업병에 걸리기 쉽다. 따라서 본 연구는 직업병의 유해인자 및 질병원인을 분석하고, 질병 예방 방안을 제시함으로써 기능공의 건강증진을 위한 기초자료를 축적하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 1977년부터 2016년 까지 발생한 다양한 질환(순환기, 신장, 안과, 조혈기, 청각, 피부, 호흡기)을 대상으로 작업환경의 유해물질 및 질병 기인물을 분석하였다. 우선 질병원인의 분류체계를 고찰한 이후, 공사유형과 발병장소별로 질병원인 및 유해인자의 분석을 통해 질병 예방을 위한 사전 점검표를 제시하였다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 건설 산업 직업병의 발병원인에 따른 치료방법의 선정에 유효하게 활용될 수 있다.

Laborer of the construction industry likely to be exposed to hazardous substances because working in a confined space or field work over a long period of time have an aptitude to suffer from a variety of occupational disease. Therefore, the objective of this study is to accumulate basic data for the promotion of laborer health by analyzing harmful factors and disease causation and suggesting disease Prevention plans. To achieve this objective, we analyzed the root cause materials and hazardous substances of work environments targeting a diversity of sickness (circulatory, kidney, ophthalmology, hematopoietic, auditory sense, skin, respiratory) from 1977 to 2016. For now, we suggest a checklist for disease prevention through the analysis of disease causation and harmful factor for each construction type and occur place after considering classification of disease causation. In view of this, this study can be effectively utilized for selection of the treatment method according to the occur causation of occupational diseases in construction industry.
