본 논문은 배치계획이 건축설계 과정에 있어서 중추적인 역할임에 도 불구하고 이에 대한 전문도서가 전무한 국내의 상황에서 앙리 시리아니의 선적인 피규어로 구현된 집합주거에 대한 연구를 통하여 그에 대한 배치유형의 추출 및 특징을 도출하여 실무설계에 있어서 체계적이고 합리적인 배치계획에 도움을 주고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 앙리 시리아니의 ‘도시의 단편론’은 도시적 맥락과 부여된 대지가 통일되면서 식별성있는 공간의 질을 획득하기 위한 새로운 도시계획의 방법으로, ‘Noisy II'에서 첫 구현되었으며 집합주거를 중심으로 전개되었다. 그러므로 본 논문은 시리아니의 실현된 집합주거를 중심으로 배치유형을 추출하였고, 그 유형에 해당하는 건축물들에 대한 사례분석을 통하여 각 유형들의 배치특성을 고찰한 결과, 필자는 ‘고밀도 건물구성’ 유형(Compact type)과 ‘침투가능한 건물구성’ 유형(Permeable type)이라는 두 가지 유형으로 분류됨을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 배치유형들과 그 적용방법에 대한 연구로 그 활용성에 대한 기반을 제공하였다는 점에 그 의의를 부여할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to help the systematic and rational arrangement plans in practical design through the research on Housing of Henri Ciriani configured as a linear Figure, under the domestic situation specialized books on this nonexistent although architectural arrangement plan is responsible for a central role in the architectural design process. 'Theory of Urban pieces' of Henri Ciriani is as the Land granted and urban context unified in the way of a new city plan for acquiring the quality of space that identity, which was first implemented in the 'Noisy II' was developed around the collective housing. Therefore, this study was to extract the type of arrangement around the realization of the Housing of Ciriani through the case analysis on the architecture corresponding to that type as a result of consideration the arrangement characteristics of each type, I have found that classification to the two types of 'Compact type' and 'Permeable type'. This study will be given the meaning that has provided the basis for its application to the study of the arrangement type and their method of application.
