본 연구의 목적은 노인복지관을 이용하여 스포츠 활동을 하는 노인의 건강관련 특성을 파악하여, 주관적 건강에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하려는 것이다. 연구대상은 대구 1곳과 경상북도 2곳에 위치한 노인복지관의 스포츠 프로그 램에 참여하는 60세 이상의 노인들 201명을 대상으로, 2016년 6월 16일부터 6월 30일까지 설문조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 23을 이용하여, 기술통계와 로지스틱 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 주관적 건강을 높이 평가한 노인은 114명(56.7%)으로 대상자의 특성에서 전반적으로 차이가 있었다. 주관적 건강인식에 영향을 미치는 변인들로 성별(비차비: 3.30), 규칙적 식사(비차비: 3.13), 질병유무(비차비: 4.65) 등이었다. 노인들을 위한 건강관 리 체육프로그램과 환경조성이 연구결과처럼 다양하고도 더욱 활발하게 제공되어야 함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine subjective health recognition in terms of health related factors in the community. The data of 201 elderly in this study were collected from 3 community senior centers where Daegu and Kyungpook province are. The interviews were conducted from June 16 until June 30 in 2016 using a structured questionnaire. With the collected data, statistical methods including descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis were implemented based on the SPSS statistics 23 software. As a result, the variables in subjective health were sex, regular diet, disease and so on. From the data, subjective health of elderly in community senior center for successful aging was identified. Therefore, health service programs and healthy environment should be varied based on the result of this study.
