본 연구는 패러글라이딩 지도자의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 직업만족을 분석함으로써 패러글라이딩의 직업적 특징을 조명하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전국의 패러글라이딩지도자 328명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 8.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도검증, t-검정, 일원 배치분산분석을 실시하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 패러글라이딩 지도자의 직업만족의 차이를 분석한 결과, 성별 및 결혼여부에 따 른 직업만족은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연령에서는 적성 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 학력별 직업만족의 차 이는 적성요인과 보수 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 경력에 따라서는 보수 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 근 무형태에 따라서는 사회적 인정 요인과 보수 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 월수입에 따라서는 적성 요인, 사회적 인정 요인 및 보수 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

This study has the purpose of analyzing the occupation on paragliding instructors. For this purpose, 328 instructor were selected as subjects of the study by convenience sampling from the paragliding Club. Collected data were put to multiple regression analysis which in turn led to the following conclusion: The analysis of paragliding instructors' occupational satisfaction depending on their socio-demographic characters showed no difference in their satisfaction by gender and marital status. There was significant difference, however, in the aptitude factor by age and in both aptitude and payment factors by education. Significant difference was found in payment factor depending on occupational experiences, while such factors as social stability and payment featured significant difference by type of job performance. Factors of aptitude, social stability and payment were the cause for significant difference in satisfaction by monthly income.
