본 연구는 고등학교 농구선수들의 역할모호성, 팀 학습행동, 스포츠자신감이 어떠한 영향력과 인과관계를 가지 고 있는지를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 현재 대한민국농구협회에 등록된 고교 농구선수 320명을 대상으로 설문자료를 분석하였다. 첫째, 고교농구선수의 성에 따른 역할모호성에서 여자선수들이 남자선수들보다 높은 것으로 유의미한 차 이가 나타났고, 학년에 따른 역할모호성, 팀 학습행동, 스포츠자신감의 차이분석에서는 모든 변인에서 차이가 나타났 으며 사후검증결과 3학년이 1학년보다 모든 변인에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 역할모호성은 팀 학습행동 하위변인 의 지속적 개선, 의사소통, 협력학습에 전체적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 역할모호성이 스포츠자신감 하위변인의 사회적지지, 능력입증에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 신체적·정신적 준비에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 팀 학습행동과 스포츠자신감의 관계를 다중회귀분석 결과, 팀 학습행동(지속적 개 선, 의사소통과 협력학습)은 스포츠자신감 하위변인(사회적지지, 능력입증, 그리고 신체적·정신적 준비)에 부분적으 로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년기의 역할 모호성은 엘리트체육의 문제점을 야기할 수 있으므로 운동기술 수행에 있어서 정확하고 개인의 특성에 맞는 역할을 인지하여 팀과 개인의 학습에 바람직한 방향으로 유도되고 엘리트 체육의 문제점 예방과 해결은 물론, 경기력 향상에 기여할 수 있는 프로그램을 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to effect of high school basketball athletesʼs role ambiguity on team learning behavior and self-confidence in sports. To achieve this purpose, the subject was selected by high school basketball athletes. In total, 320 survey questionnaires were distributed and 314 questionnaires used after eliminating 6 incomplete samples. There are three questionnaires(Role Ambiguity Scale, Team Learning Behavior Scale, Sports Self-Confidence Scale). The data was analyzed by the frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis with SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The research methods and procedures are as follows; First, there was significant statistical difference of high school basketball athleteʼ s role ambiguity, team learning behavior, self-confidence in sports between gender and grade. Second, as the effect on the high school basketball athleteʼs role ambiguity on team learning behavior, it showed that the role ambiguity had a significant influence on team learning behavior. Third, as the effect on the high school basketball athleteʼs team learning behavior on self-confidence in sports, it showed that the role ambiguity had a significant influence on self-confidence in sports. Last, as the effect on the high school basketball athleteʼs role ambiguity on self-confidence in sports, it showed that the team learning behavior had a significant influence on self-confidence in sports.
