Mobile applications are driving growth of smart phone. Such as Facebook, Twitter and WeChat, mobile application established platform, thereby, has achieved the evolution of the service. Mobile messenger, based on of the huge number of users and the time of using applications, integrates the app such as traffic, life style, videos, webtoons, audio and cloud into communication function. Kakao and Naver, based on the Kakao talk and Line, internalize the results of user's activities and information, and then make the closed revenue stream connecting single system with many services and users. They integrate content platform, marketing platform and O2O-commerce platform such as social media, mobile commerce, online-offline connection and game app. From the openness point of view, the negative impacts that exclusive system can bring are minimized. Political support is required to leverage diverse and alternative app development, and guide mobile platform to provide real benefits for consumers’ everyday lives.
