중국은 2013년에 ‘일대일로’ 건설이라는 중요한 계획을 발표하였다. 이는 한국의 ‘유라시아 이니셔티브’ 발전 구상과 유사하며, 중한양국의 공동발전에 새로운 계기가 되었다. ‘일대 일로’의 형세적인 측면에서 볼 때 한국은 없어서는 안 될 중요한 시작점으로서 동북아지역 의 융합을 촉진하고 활력에 충만한 새로운 경제권을 구축할 것이다. 경제발전의 촉진 방면 에서 ‘일대일로’는 한중양국에 개방 확대 협력 심화의 새로운 기회를 제공하고, 중한양국의 윈윈 효과를 발생시킬 것이다. ‘일대일로’는 신형국제관계의 건립과 국제질서 조정에 적극 적인 의미를 포함하고 있어, 중한양국은 이 전략에서 적극적인 역할을 할 것이며, 양국의 아시아와 국제사회에서의 지위를 높이는 데에 도움이 될 것이다. ‘일대일로’는 중국 고대 역사전통과 유산을 계승하여 양국의 오랜 우호관계를 나타내며, 양국과 관련한 인문적인 연결고리를 발굴하여, 현재 새로운 형세에서 협력의 강화와 기초를 돈독히 할 것이다.

中国2013年提出“一带一路”建设的重大倡议, 与韩国的“欧亚倡议”发展构想不谋而合, 为 中韩两国的共同发展提供了新的契机, 并将展现美好前景. 从“一带一路”的格局来看, 韩国是 不可或缺的重要起点, 势必促进东北亚地区的融合, 构筑一个充满活力的新的经济圈. 从促 进经济发展而言, “一带一路”为中韩两国提供了扩大开放, 深化合作的新机遇, 将产生中韩双 赢的效果. “一带一路”具有建设新型国际关系, 调整国际秩序的积极内涵, 中韩两国在这一战 略实施中, 可以发挥积极作用, 有助于提升两国在亚洲和国际社会的地位. “一带一路”继承和 借鉴了中国古代的历史传统与遗产, 体现了两国源远流长的友好关系, 可从中挖掘相互关联 的人文纽带, 为在当今新形势下的深化合作奠立深厚的基础.

The major initiative of “the Belt and Road” proposed by China in 2013 coincides with South Korea’s development concept of “Eurasian Initiative”, which brings a new moment to Sino- Korea’s common development, and shows bright prospects as well. From the pattern of “B&R”, the northeast Asia region will be integrated to build a new vibrant economic circle, and South Korea is an indispensable important starting point. For promoting economic development, “B&R” provides a new opportunity for Sino-Korea’s opening up and deep cooperation, thus creating a win-win effect. “B&R” has the positive connotation of constructing the new international relationships as well as adjusting the international order. In the strategy implementation, China and South Korea can play positive roles, which accordingly helps to elevate the status of the two countries in Asia and the international communities. “B&R” inherits and draws inspiration from the ancient Chinese tradition and heritage, embodies the long-standing amicable relations of both countries. To excavate the correlative humane ties can establish a profound basis for deepening the cooperation in today’s new situation.
